These marks identify our services and distinguish them from services offered by others. Our rights in these marks are based on continuous use in commerce since 2019.

2. Prohibited Use of MealSubs™ Marks

• Use "MealSubs" or any confusingly similar name (including but not limited to alternate TLDs such as .app, .io, .co, .club, etc.) as a business name, product name, service name, or domain name
• Register domain names containing "MealSubs" or variations thereof
• Use the MealSubs™ name or logo in any advertising, marketing, or promotional materials
• Create any website, application, or service that could be confused with MealSubs™
• Use the MealSubs™ name in SEO, meta tags, keywords, or search advertising to divert traffic

We actively monitor for unauthorized use of our marks and will pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:

• UDRP (Uniform Domain-Name Dispute-Resolution Policy) proceedings
• DMCA takedown requests
• Cease and desist letters
• Legal action for trademark infringement and unfair competition

3. Domain Ownership History

The domain mealsubs.com was first registered in 2019 and has been continuously owned and operated by MealSubs since that date. This establishes our priority of use and common-law trademark rights in the MealSubs name.

MealSubs also owns and controls the following domains:

• mealsubs.com — primary domain (registered 2019)
• mealsubs.net — owned by MealSubs
• mealsubs.org — owned by MealSubs

Any third party operating under the "MealSubs" name on other domain extensions does so without our authorization and in violation of our trademark rights.
